Grandma's Lazy Daisy Cake

2 Each Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
3 Tbls Butter

Topping
4 Tbls Butter
5 Heaping Tbls Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Coconut
3 Tbls Canned Milk

1. Beat eggs until thick & lemon colored. Add sugar and dry ingredients. Bring milk & butter to boiling point. Add to mixture. Pour into small oblong pan or 9" square. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min.

2. While cake is baking, heat topping mixture. Pour over cake immediately when removed from oven. Put back under broiler until topping is light-medium brown.
